Medtronic is seeking a Training & Education Manager to drive robotics training initiatives for sales, system implementation and customer support across Western Europe. The role involves designing and deploying training programs for new hires and partnering with field management to support ongoing team development.

The work location in Europe is flexible with up to 50% travel, including hands‑on training at IRCAD in Strasbourg, and occasional international travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with successful 5 years combined experience in two or more of the following functions: medical device sales or marketing, clinical experience (nursing etc.), training delivery, or other relevant areas.

Responsabilités

• Identify training needs across regional stakeholders.
• Design and develop training courses aligned with goals and standardization vs. customization.
• Deliver clinical and technical content using blended/synchronous/asynchronous methods.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, surveys and feedback mechanisms.
• Foster cross-department collaboration to promote learning and continuous improvement.
