Medtronic is seeking a Training and Education Manager for Robotics to lead training programs across Europe. The role focuses on clinical and technical training for sales, system implementation and customer support, reporting to Western European Surgical Sales Training.

The role requires travel up to 50% and time at the IRCAD center in Strasbourg, with occasional international trips. The successful candidate will develop and deploy training for new hires, partner with regional field management,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years combined experience in two or more functions: medical device sales/marketing, clinical experience, training delivery, or other relevant areas.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Operating Room knowledge, ideally with Robotic experience.
• Experience in multicultural organizations and global matrix collaboration.
• Excellent spoken and written English; European languages desired.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess regional training needs to close skill or knowledge gaps.
• Design, develop and deploy training courses aligned with regional and global goals.
• Deliver clinical and technical content using blended learning and digital resources.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics to measure outcomes.
• Collaborate across departments to promote a culture of learning and continuous improvement.
