ProChema GmbH is seeking a sales professional in France to manage and expand customer relationships concerning volatile chemical raw materials. You will play a key role in advising customers, driving business development, and collaborating closely with product management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, fluent French and English, and a readiness to travel approximately 50% of the time. ProChema offers attractive remuneration and a supportive multinational team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in business with volatile chemical raw materials or specialties for industrial customers is mandatory.
• Fluent Business French and English, other languages welcomed.
• Sales personality to negotiate at all levels with customers.
• Ability to learn and use CRM systems effectively.
• Organizes diverse tasks and responsibilities efficiently.
• Hands-on personality with willingness to travel (approx. 50%).

Responsabilités

• Advise customers on purchase decisions regarding volatile raw materials.
• Expand supply share and build strong customer relationships.
• Drive business development through market research and new customer discovery.
• Cooperate with internal partners in Product Management and Inside Sales.
• Maintain up-to-date customer reports.
