HID Global is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the cybersecurity authentication solutions business in the assigned region. You will protect and grow HID’s footprint within the install base and through new customer acquisition, while coordinating with channel partners and system integrators.

You will build a regional business plan, drive revenue, and work with Marketing, Product Marketing, pre/post-sales teams, and Inside Sales to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity, authentication, identity access or enterprise software.
• Proven track record of growing a territory and meeting sales quotas.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for field sales.
• Strong ability to develop and manage channel partner relationships.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Continually build and grow a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from prospecting to close.
• Maintain a current forecast in Salesforce CRM.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan.
• Identify, recruit, onboard and train channel partners (resellers, SI, VAR).
• Lead monthly business reviews with partners to improve productivity and visibility.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Marketing and pre/post-sales teams.
• Support Inside Sales, Customer Service and Renewal teams as needed.
