ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager in Suresnes, France, reporting to the Global Sales Director of Commercial Authentication. You will drive HID Commercial Authentication growth within existing install bases and new customer acquisition, leveraging channel partners and integrators.

You will sell authentication software and hardware solutions, develop strategic business plans, and manage relationships with resellers and customers to expand the HID footprint in the

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent education plus relevant industry work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Cybersecurity, Authentication, Identity Access & Management or Enterprise Software.
• Track record of developing new business and growing a territory.

Responsabilités

• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Continually build and grow a robust sales pipeline.
• Manage all aspects of the sales process.
• Maintain an updated and accurate forecast in CRM (Salesforce.com).
• Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business plan.
• Identify, recruit, onboard and train new Channel Partners (reseller, system integrator, VAR).
• Organize monthly business reviews with key partners for increased productivity and revenue visibility.
