You will manage client relationships, collaborate with Workday and partner entities, and lead diverse teams, balancing sales and delivery with a forward-thinking, technology-led approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience leading large Workday implementations and HR transformations.
• Fluency in English and French; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and expand the Workday practice in France.
• Drive sales growth and profitable revenues with account teams.
• Manage delivery, client relationships and cross-country collaboration.
• Coordinate with Workday and partner entities to deliver complex programs.
• Guide teams across onshore, nearshore and offshore delivery.
