Job summary

Accenture PLC in France is seeking a Practice Lead for Workday to build, lead and develop a high-performing team across Europe. You will drive growth in France, nurture partnerships with Workday, and align delivery with sales to win large-scale engagements.

You will coach and expand the team, manage targets for revenue and profitability, and work with Sales, Account Leaders and Delivery Leaders to deliver value. Fluent English and French required; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and expanding a professional services practice.
• Proven record in sales cycles at large global clients.
• Experience delivering large-scale HR transformations.
• Accountability for sales, revenue, profitability, and KPIs.
• Willingness to travel as needed; manage teams.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; fluency in English and French.
