Cintoo is seeking a Regional Sales Director - EMEA & APAC to lead and develop a distributed sales team across the region. You will focus on people leadership, performance, and execution excellence to drive revenue growth.

You will own regional pipeline, forecast quality, and collaboration with Marketing, CS, and Product to ensure consistent execution and strong results across diverse markets in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• 5+ years in sales leadership and international sales management.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
• Experience managing international sales teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of Account Executives across EMEA & APAC.
• Drive a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative sales culture.
• Own regional team performance against revenue targets and sales KPIs.
• Monitor pipeline health, forecast quality, and KPI reporting across the region.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Product, and Sales Enablement.
