Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is seeking a Vice President of Sales, EMEA, to lead regional commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role is fully remote with travel as needed, reporting to Global Sales leadership.

You will manage a diverse sales organization, partner with finance and operations, and shape the regional plan to deliver profitable growth and exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a senior strategic commercial management role within a global, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record leading sales teams with regional responsibility and driving growth.

Responsabilités

• Owns the EMEA commercial strategy and regional operating plan to deliver revenue growth and market share gains.
• Leads the EMEA sales organization across direct, inside, distributor channels, and commercial support teams.
• Builds and manages the regional operating plan, forecasting, budget inputs, and resource allocation with finance partners.
• Identifies strategic growth opportunities across EMEA and aligns regional strategy with product, marketing, operations, and supply chain priorities.
• Develops and retains a high-performing, diverse EMEA team through coaching and succession planning.
• Serves on the global commercial leadership team, shaping broader priorities and processes.
