Job summary
Brooks Automation seeks a Regional Account Manager for DACH, CEE and France to drive automation sales across Diagnostics, Life Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotech and Lab Automation. You will manage key accounts, develop new business, and support channel partners within a fast-growing collaborative robotics segment.
You will operate from Germany or Switzerland, travel frequently (40%+), and partner with OEMs, integrators, and end-users to expand Precise Cobots adoption while coordinating with the
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automation, robotics, lab equipment, or high-technology markets.
- Proven track record of territory management, account development, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of laboratory automation and cross-regional sales.
Responsibilities
- Execute the assigned region (DACH, CEE and France) sales strategy in alignment with the EMEA leadership.
- Manage and grow OEM and integrator accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities within Diagnostics, Life Science Tools/OEM, Pharma/Biotech and Lab Automation.
- Collaborate with partners and internal teams to provide tools, training, and materials for success.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and key industry events across regions.
- Report on sales metrics, pipeline development, and territory performance.
