Inbolt, a robotics software company headquartered in Paris, seeks a Sales Engineer to cover lead generation through closing deals across Europe. You will be the main interface between customers and the technical team, guiding deployment and ensuring project success.

Requirements include 3+ years selling robotics or vision solutions, fluent German (French or English also acceptable), and willingness to travel 40%. Remote working with Europe-wide opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

3+ years selling robotics, computer vision, or advanced manufacturing solutions to large industrial accounts.
Fluent in German; ability to communicate in French or English.
Willingness to travel at least 40%.
Strong background in new technologies, deep‑tech, and manufacturing.
Project management skills and hands‑on robotics/computer systems knowledge.
Experience deploying and integrating solutions.

Responsabilités

Identify and engage high-potential prospects, managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.
Develop and launch sales and marketing campaigns to grow market share and brand awareness.
Monitor sales metrics and propose strategies to improve results.
Document client interactions in the CRM to inform improvements.
Build long-term relationships and tailor solutions to client needs.
Prepare presentations and materials for client meetings and pitches.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events across Europe.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align sales strategies.
