Rockwell Automation in Paris seeks a Regional Productivity & Improvement Specialist to lead AI, automation and continuous improvement across HR Shared Services in EMEA. You will partner with operational teams to identify opportunities and deliver scalable digital solutions.

Reporting to the Manager, HR Shared Services, this hybrid role requires 3 days in the office weekly and a track record in Lean, process optimization and HR technology.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in HR Shared Services, Operations, Process Improvement, HR Technology, or related areas.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of Lean, CI and AI tooling is desirable.

Aufgaben

• Be a regional owner of improvement and automation pipeline.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize process improvement opportunities across HRSC operations in EMEA.
• Ensure prioritization based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment with regional HRSC leadership.
• Track progress, outcomes, and benefits realization.
• Lead regional productivity projects from idea through implementation.
• Leverage Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Copilot, and Workday capabilities.
