United States Digital Space LLC in Paris is seeking a Senior Workplace IT Leader to own end‑to‑end IT operations across France and the US. You’ll shape strategy, drive standards, and mentor regional teams in a fast‑growing, international environment.

This is not a pure support role but a leadership position shaping the technology roadmap. You will manage onboarding/offboarding, IAM, MDM, SSO, security stacks, and collaboration tools, while advancing AI‑driven modernization across multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Workplace IT / Systems / Network roles, with leadership or ownership experience.
• Ability to lead without a large team (hands-on + strategic).
• Strong decision-making skills and a sense of accountability.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across regions.
• Excellent communication skills, able to align technical and business needs.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Workplace IT function across regions (France and US).
• Coordinate and mentor Level 1 support (internal or external).
• Run global IT operations and ensure consistent service delivery.
• Own onboarding/offboarding workflows at scale.
• Oversee end-user support and escalation management.
