Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking an Account Manager End User to promote Rockwell Automation solutions to customers across France, covering Paris, Saint Priest, or Lyon. You will manage a diverse client portfolio, build relationships with senior leaders, and coordinate with distributors while driving profitable growth.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years in a life-science tech context, and strong French and English skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in a technology-based organization serving Life Sciences is preferred.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Grow customers in the defined geographic area.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts including existing and developing ones.
• Coordinate with sales and support teams to ensure orders and contracts meet policies.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM usage and data.
• Identify key decision makers and build senior-level relationships.
