Cainiao is seeking a Last Mile Hub Leader to manage and optimize hub and delivery operations across a defined region. The role covers on-the-road regional delivery management with DSP partners and under-the-roof hub operations including sorting, cross-dock, and dispatch.

This hands-on role focuses on execution, stability and continuous improvement. The candidate will lead Last Mile Supervisors, set KPIs, coordinate resources, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance across both scopes while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field.
• 3+ years in delivery operations or logistics.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional last-mile operations and manage DSP partners.
• Set and review regional KPIs; drive corrective actions.
• Oversee hub sorting, XL/L2L handling, cross-dock operations.
• Coordinate resource allocation and equipment for peak periods.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop hub and supervisor teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
