Cainiao is seeking a field-focused Network Development professional in France to build and optimize a PUDO partner network across the region. You will drive onboarding, cadence with partners, and ensure service quality while scaling the network.

Responsabilités

• Network Development: identify and recruit partners and ensure optimal coverage.
• Partner Management: build relationships, conduct field visits, support daily ops.
• Training: onboard partners and provide coaching on processes and tools.
• Performance & Quality: monitor KPIs and implement improvements.
• Internal Coordination: report insights and collaborate with ops, support, and product teams.
