Cainiao is seeking a Last Mile Hub Leader in Lille to oversee both regional on-the-road delivery operations and hub-based sorting activities. You will lead a team of Last Mile Supervisors, manage DSP relationships, and drive performance against defined KPIs while ensuring adherence to safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years in delivery/logistics operations in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership and people management with a hands-on approach.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).

Responsabilités

• Manage last-mile delivery performance across the region via a team of Last Mile Supervisors overseeing DSPs and field ops.
• Set regional delivery KPIs and review supervisor scorecards to drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate capacity planning, incident resolution and continuous improvement initiatives with DSPs and supervisors.
• Oversee hub-based sorting, cross-dock operations, and DSP loading to optimize throughput and SOP compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, develop and retain hub and supervisor teams in partnership with HR.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards and contractual SLAs.
