Cainiao is seeking a Last Mile Hub Leader to manage and optimize regional hub and delivery operations. The role combines on-the-road DSP coordination with hub-based sorting, XL/L2L handling, and dispatch.

You will lead a team of Last Mile Supervisors, drive KPI improvements, and ensure compliance with safety and contractual standards. You will oversee capacity planning, incident resolution, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain operational stability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field (Master’s degree a plus).
• 3+ years in delivery/logistics operations with supervisory/managerial experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Excel and data interpretation for decision-making.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead regional last-mile operations through a team of Last Mile Supervisors.
• Monitor and optimize on-the-road delivery KPIs and SLA compliance.
• Oversee hub operations including sorting, load planning, and cross-dock activities.
• Coordinate resource allocation, layout, and equipment for peak periods.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and coach hub and supervisor teams with HR support.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
