Mistral AI is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will coordinate interview scheduling across global teams and time zones, and help deliver a smooth, high-quality candidate experience for every applicant.

You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners to streamline processes, improve data quality, and scale our recruiting operations as we grow globally.

Qualifications

• Around 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Confidence with spreadsheets and ATS data (Greenhouse or Ashby).
• Proactive, solution-focused mindset with focus on improving processes.
• Collaborative style with hiring managers, recruiters and HR partners.
• Adaptable and able to work in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across global teams and time zones.
• Own candidate experience initiatives by managing feedback surveys and insights.
• Maintain job postings, recruitment pipelines, and ATS data accuracy.
• Support employer branding through LinkedIn campaigns and recruitment content.
• Manage the employee referral program with timely follow-up and tracking.
• Improve recruiting processes by documenting best practices and automating workflows.
• Lead or contribute to talent operations projects to improve efficiency and scalability.
