Mistral is building full-stack AI solutions with teams across Europe, North America, and beyond. We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join the Talent Acquisition team and help deliver a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset focused on process improvement.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across global teams and time zones.
• Own candidate experience initiatives by managing feedback surveys and reporting insights.
• Maintain job postings, recruitment pipelines, and ATS data accuracy.
• Support employer branding through LinkedIn campaigns and recruitment content.
• Manage the employee referral program with timely follow-up and recognition.
• Improve recruiting processes by documenting best practices and aiding tooling initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to cross-functional talent operations projects for scalability.
