ixolabs.ai is seeking an experienced recruitment expert for remote, paid engagement. You will apply sourcing, screening and candidate assessment expertise to IXO projects, evaluating experience and supporting structured interviews.

Analyze talent markets and document clear findings that inform role requirements and selection decisions, with a focus on AI-related or data-intensive work. Flexible, remote collaboration is expected.

Use recruiting expertise to improve sourcing, screening and candidate‑assessment work at IXO. Evaluate relevant experience, support structured interviews, analyze talent markets and document clear findings that inform role requirements and selection decisions.

Professional background

The preferred profile includes at least five years recruiting, sourcing and assessing candidates. Bring consultative engagement skills, precise communication and the ability to organize independent remote outputs. You should adapt to changing evaluation needs and explain strategic recruiting judgments. AI-related or data-intensive project experience is useful.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

$35 $47/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
