A leading resort company in Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur is seeking a friendly Front Office staff member for the upcoming season. The role involves assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs along with general correspondence. Candidates must have completed training and demonstrate good German and English skills. A cheerful personality and familiarity with PC applications are essential. Opportunities for career development and staff accommodation are provided. Qualifications

• Completed training plus, ideally, professional experience in a similar role.
• Cheerful and hospitable personality.
• Proficiency in German and English required, French and Italian advantageous.
• Proficiency with PC applications and hotel software.

The Hapimag Resort La Madrague in southern France, located on the Provençal coast between Marseille and Toulon and surrounded by a pine forest, is not far from the sea. In addition to its 88 holiday apartments, the resort also boasts a wide range of sports facilities, such as a tennis court, beach volleyball, swimming pool and its own restaurant, “Le Cabanon”.

Your smile is our visit card! To support our front office team, we are looking for a committed and friendly person with a warm heart for the coming season (April to October) who will inspire our guests and ensure they have an unforgettable stay.

What you can expect

• Looking after and advising our guests during their stay
• Check-in/check-out
• General guest correspondence and taking reservations
• Creating customer information and weekly programmes

What you bring along

• Completed training plus, ideally, professional experience in a similar role;
• However, career changers are welcome
• Good German and English skills are required, French and Italian are a great advantage
• Proficiency and experience with PC applications, preferably also with hotel software
• Cheerful and hospitable personality
