Selby Jennings in Paris is seeking an Associate to Director level Real Money Rates Sales professional to develop relationships with institutional investors across France and Europe, delivering market insight and fixed income solutions across a wide range of rates products.

Qualifications

• Experience in Rates/Fixed Income/SSA or institutional sales
• Exposure to real money investors preferred
• Strong knowledge of fixed income products and rate markets
• Proven ability to build and maintain institutional client relationships
• Excellent communication and commercial skills
• Fluent in French and English

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional investors across France and Europe
• Market rates products including government bonds, interest rate swaps, inflation products, SSA bonds, repo and financing solutions, and rates derivatives
• Generate trade ideas and provide clients with market colour, macroeconomic views and investment opportunities
• Work closely with trading, research, syndicate and DCM teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients
• Drive revenue growth through the expansion of existing relationships and the acquisition of new clients
• Support primary issuance and investor engagement across sovereign, supranational and agency borrowers
• Maintain a strong understanding of interest rate markets, central bank policy and investor flows
