You will provide timely market updates, execute orders, and ensure a smooth post-trade process. You will thrive in a fast-paced trading floor, collaborating with senior leaders, and gaining visibility through mobility and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience in institutional sales within an investment bank.
• Knowledge of rates products including bonds, swaps, and options.
• Fluency in English; professional communication with clients.
• Proficiency with market concepts, pricing, and models.
• Understanding of risk types and practical risk management.
• Strong grasp of market drivers and ability to explain movements.
• Knowledge of the transaction lifecycle and execution processes.
• Ability to stay focused under competitive pressure and prioritize client needs.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication; client-facing messaging.

Responsibilities

• Support rates sales for institutional clients, focusing on central banks and public sector entities.
• Respond to day-to-day client requests with speed, accuracy, and care.
• Execute the full sales cycle: engage clients, share research, close deals, book trades.
• Analyze market drivers to advise clients and execute trades.
• Adhere to risk policies, legal, and regulatory requirements in all activities.
• Build trust by understanding client objectives and articulating ideas clearly.
• Balance priorities across clients and internal partners to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure post-trade accuracy and controls; resolve issues promptly.
