Selby Jennings is partnering with a leading investment bank to hire an experienced CEEMEA Rates Trader for the Paris trading desk. You will manage CEEMEA rate risk across local currency government bonds and interest rate products.

Focus on Slovakia and Slovenia with broader CEEMEA exposure. You will price and trade government bonds, IRS, FRAs, basis and cross‑currency swaps, and develop relationships with institutional clients and sales teams.

Qualifications

• CEEMEA trading experience required.
• Strong knowledge of local CEEMEA rate markets.
• Proven track record in risk-taking and revenue generation.

Responsabilités

• Manage CEEMEA rate risk across local currency government bonds and interest rate products.
• Focus on Slovakia and Slovenia within CEEMEA markets and broader exposure.
• Price and trade government bonds, IRS, FRAs, basis and cross-currency swaps.
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional clients, sales teams, and market participants.
• Generate trade ideas and provide market colour across CEEMEA rates.
