Forvia is seeking a proactive HR/Talent Development professional to contribute across talent processes, including performance and learning. You will help roll out Europe-wide training focusing on soft skills via the internal academy and manage the VIE community for acquisition and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in project management and talent development.
• Fluent in English; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Occasional work from Nanterre, Forvia HQ.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to all talent processes including performance and learning & development.
• Define and roll out the training plan for Europe focusing on soft skills.
• Manage the global R&D & Product Lines VIE Community for talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Build the HR communication plan and coordinate launches with stakeholders.
