Forvia is seeking a Data engineer apprentice in Paris, France, to join the Data Governance team. You will design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines, ensuring data quality and governance while collaborating with business owners and IT teams.

The role involves working with Palantir, MS fabric, and big data ecosystems, requiring strong Python, SQL/NoSQL and communication skills in English and French.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge in building data models, data mining & segmentation.
• Good knowledge of Big data ecosystems (Spark & Hadoop).
• Good knowledge of Python and governance Data.
• Knowledge of SQL & NoSQL Databases.
• Knowledge of Palantir is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and French.
• Good logical & analytical thinking.

Responsabilités

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The Data Engineer apprentice will be part of the Data Governance team, working on data integration, platform operations, and governance initiatives.

Overall responsibilities and duties:

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines, particularly within Palantir and MS fabric
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with governance standards
• Contribute to the development of applications and tools supporting the Data Governance network
• Create ontologies for knowledge & data management
• Collaborate with business owners, IT Architects & Data teams

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field
