Forvia is seeking a motivated apprentice to join the Talent & Organization Development team within R&D & Product Lines. You will contribute to all talent processes across the function, including performance management, learning, data analysis, and reporting, while supporting Europe-wide training initiatives via Forvia University.

Based near Nanterre with occasional work at HQ, you will help manage the VIE onboarding, build the HR communications plan, and coordinate stakeholder content launches.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Solid foundation in project management and organization.
• Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Contribute to talent processes including performance, talent, and learning management.
• Define and roll out the training plan for the function across Europe via Forvia University.
• Support global VIE community with focus on talent acquisition and onboarding for VIE.
• Build HR communications and coordinate stakeholder-aligned content launches.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

We are looking for a new talent to join the Talent & Organization Development (TOD) team of the R&D & Product Lines function of Forvia Seating, with a global footprint.

• Contribute to all talent processes for the function, including performance management, talent management, expertise management, learning & development, employee experience... This will include activities related to data analysis, materials preparation, communication, reporting...
• Drive the definition & the roll-out of the training plan for the function in Europe, focusing on soft skills with Forvia internal academy (Forvia University)
• Manage the global R&D & Product Lines VIE Community, with a specific focus on talent acquisition & onboarding for our VIE
• Build the HR communication plan for the function, create visual content & coordinate the launch of communications with relevant stakeholders

Your profile and competencies to succeed

We are looking for a motivated, proactive & organized person, with some strong foundation on project management and a passion for talent development. Fluency in English, as well as mastery of the Pack Office (Excel & PowerPoint mostly), are essential.

The apprentice will occasionally work from Nanterre, in Forvia HQ.
