Forvia is seeking an R&D Communication Apprentice to support the global R&D organization’s internal communications in a dynamic, international setting.

You will manage the annual Seating R&D communication plan, edit the monthly R&D newsletter, write articles, organise Live Events, create video content, and maintain SharePoint pages, helping to reinforce our R&D visual identity in line with Faurecia rules.

Qualifications

• Ongoing Master’s degree/diploma in Communication.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Strong writing and layout (creative) skills.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) and video editing (Premiere) is a plus.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
• Open mindset, international outlook and strong networking skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage annual Seating R&D communication plan.
• Edit and publish the monthly R&D newsletter in our social network.
• Write articles about major R&D events, conduct interviews and surveys.
• Organize Global R&D Live Events and Technology Inside events in TEAMS.
• Create video content and other communication support.
• Provide user support on communication tools.
• Maintain and improve R&D web pages on SharePoint.
• Develop and maintain R&D visual identity per Faurecia rules.
• Collaborate with Seating Expert Network on internal communication.
• Network with other Faurecia communication departments.
