Forvia is seeking a proactive HR/Talent Development professional to contribute across talent processes, including performance and learning. You will help roll out Europe-wide training focusing on soft skills via the internal academy and manage the VIE community for acquisition and onboarding.

Join a global automotive leader with opportunities to shape communications and collaborate with stakeholders across functions, including occasional work from the Nanterre HQ.

• Strong foundation in project management and talent development.
• Fluent in English; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Contribute to all talent processes for the function (performance management, talent management, expertise management, learning & development, employee experience). Activities include data analysis, materials preparation, communication, and reporting.
• Drive the definition and roll‑out of the training plan for the function in Europe, focusing on soft skills with the Forvia internal academy.
• Manage the global R&D & Product Lines VIE Community, focusing on talent acquisition and onboarding for our VIE.
• Build the HR communication plan for the function, create visual content, and coordinate the launch of communications with relevant stakeholders.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Motivated, proactive, and organized with a strong foundation in project management and a passion for talent development.
• Fluency in English and mastery of the Pack Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Occasional work from Nanterre, Forvia HQ.
