Ryder Supply Chain Solutions seeks a Manager Quality II to oversee day‑to‑day administration of the Quality Management System for high complexity accounts. You will lead continuous improvement efforts, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive non‑conformity data analysis while coordinating with operations and customers.

The role requires deep experience in quality management, process improvement and strong leadership to influence organizational objectives. 1–10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and lead continuous improvement activities.
• Communicate with customers and Ryder Management.
• Design and maintain the Quality Management System documentation and records.
