Sensient Technologies is seeking a Quality Specialist to oversee internal and external quality processes. You will manage customer and supplier complaints, oversee CAPA, and lead investigations, collaborating with production, supply chain, R&D, and sales to ensure product compliance.

Reporting to the Quality Director, the role is full-time and onsite in Saint-Ouen l’Aumône (Val d’Oise). English proficiency and a relevant degree are required, with opportunities for training and career development.

Qualificações

• Degree (Bac+2 to Bac+5) in Quality, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
• Experience in complaint management or quality is an asset.
• Meticulous, analytical and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills across stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage, analyze, and process customer and supplier complaints.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure effectiveness.
• Lead internal investigations, analyze data, and propose improvements.
• Respond to customer quality questionnaires and update specifications.
• Collaborate with production, supply chain, R&D, and sales for compliance.
• Provide regular reports to the Quality Director.
• Lead investigations into out-of-specification results.
