Job summary

Airbus Helicopters SAS is seeking an IT Product Manager for Quality Applications & Portfolio to lead the Non-Conformity Management product and oversee a portfolio of Quality & Flight Safety applications. The role requires senior IT product management experience and strong cross-functional orchestration with stakeholders from shop-floor users to security and IAM teams.

The position focuses on end-to-end lifecycle ownership, governance, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated

Qualifications

• +10 years as an IT Product Manager or IT Project Manager managing enterprise applications.
• Broad IT understanding enabling discussions with specialist teams about APIs, data exchange and SSO; hands-on coding or architectural design not required.
• Strong ability to adapt communication style when presenting to end-users, engineers or Top Management.
• Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), manufacturing IT, or industrial environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• E2E lifecycle ownership of the NCM product from discovery through roadmap, backlog prioritization, feature delivery and decommissioning.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams (Integration, Cybersecurity, IAM, Enterprise Architecture) to define data exchange, APIs and SSO requirements.
• Facilitate 360° stakeholder communication by translating end-user needs to technical specs and reporting business impact to Top Management.
• Lead monthly governance across ~10 Quality applications/projects, monitoring health, risks, KPIs and vendor performance.
