Job summary

BD is seeking a Supplier Quality Account Leader to oversee the quality compliance of components and materials from assigned suppliers. You will drive supplier quality performance and lead CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives across the supplier lifecycle.

As the primary BD contact for supplier quality matters, you will investigate root causes, manage change control, and support suppliers to mature their quality processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in quality/engineering/materials science or related
• Fluent English in written and spoken form
• 5–10 years in supplier quality or related fields
• Experience in regulated industries (pharma/medical devices/life sciences)
• Strong knowledge of CAPA, root cause analysis and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze supplier quality performance indicators (SCARs, non-conformities, customer complaints, etc.)
• Identify quality trends, gaps, and risks; define corrective and preventive actions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and supplier development projects
• Support suppliers in enhancing their quality maturity and change control activities
• Serve as primary contact during supplier quality issues or crises
• Lead investigations and ensure effective CAPA implementation
