Razer is seeking a Partnerships Manager for Razer AI to build and scale the partner ecosystem around the QA Companion-AI platform, engaging with game studios, publishers, and QA providers across global markets.

You will drive joint business planning, co-selling and co-marketing, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to accelerate adoption. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Marketing, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, alliances, or account management within technology/SaaS.
• Strong strategic relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences.
• Strategic thinker with experience in go-to-market, partner programs, or ecosystem growth.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and scale the partner ecosystem for Razer QA Companion-AI across studios and QA providers.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard high-impact partners to drive adoption and revenue.
• Build and manage executive relationships with key stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Drive joint business planning and go-to-market initiatives including co-selling and co-marketing.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to identify integration opportunities and value.
• Work with Sales and Marketing to support pipeline and partner-led growth.
• Enable partners through training, workshops, and product demos for market execution.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities and strategic alliances.
• Represent Razer AI at events, meetings, and partner conferences.
• Measure and report on partnership performance against business targets.
