Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Enablement Manager, Public Sector based in France. This fully remote role partners with sales, Product, and Marketing to build onboarding, playbooks, and resources to scale government-focused sales.

You will create sector-specific training, maintain current content, and drive adoption of enablement tools while aligning with evolving public-sector needs and procurement practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or Public Sector sales or leadership.
• Experience supporting sales teams selling to government customers (federal/state/local).
• Strong understanding of government buying processes and procurement cycles.
• Proven ability to create, update, and deliver sales content quickly.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve onboarding programs for Public Sector onboarding.
• Maintain sales playbooks and content; update content within 3 business days of messaging changes.
• Deliver sector-specific training and micro-enablement resources within 72 hours of gaps.
• Strengthen sales execution through qualification standards and deal management.
• Manage sales enablement systems and drive adoption above 90%.
• Measure program effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
• Operate with speed and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
