Everpure seeks a seasoned leader to run the Public Sector sales district in Paris, driving a modern, software-driven Enterprise Data Platform as-a-Service with data sovereignty at its core. You will hire, mentor, and scale Account Executives while collaborating with Sales Engineers, channel partners, and Marketing to accelerate growth in government and related agencies.

You will shape district strategy, lead strategic conversations on AI and cloud, and champion a sovereignty-first approach

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading sales teams within IT infrastructure and as-a-service environments.
• Proven track record of district or regional leadership with quota attainment.
• Strong understanding of French public sector sales and procurement processes.

Responsabilités

• Build and mentor a high-performing Account Executive team with Sales Engineers and partners.
• Drive sales execution, pipeline hygiene, and quarterly quota attainment.
• Lead sovereignty-first GTM and position data platforms against legacy approaches.
• Develop vertical depth across public sector and tailor strategies per industry.
• Orchestrate channel and partner ecosystems to enable indirect sales motions.
• Analyze metrics to adapt GTM growth across a diverse customer base.
