Everpure is seeking a District Sales Manager for the Public Sector in Paris, France. You will lead a dedicated district, hire and develop Account Executives, and partner with Sales Engineers, channel partners, and Marketing to win public sector business in AI-ready, sovereign data solutions.

You will drive sovereignty-first GTM, build vertical depth across the public sector, and manage pipeline with CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading sales teams in IT industry.
• Experience owning a district or regional business and coaching Account Executives.
• Public sector / government sales expertise in France.
• Strong IT infrastructure and as-a-service market knowledge.
• Strategic execution and ability to scale a district.
• Operational discipline: forecasting, pipeline, CRM.
• Fluent in French and English for local and international collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives and Sales Engineers.
• Drive quota attainment with disciplined sales processes and pipeline management.
• Lead sovereignty-first GTM, positioning data platforms against legacy approaches.
• Develop vertical depth and domain expertise across the public sector.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with channel and technical partners to enable indirect sales.
• Analyze sales metrics to guide district expansion and strategy.
