Everpure is seeking a Public Sector Sales Leader in Paris to build and scale a district driving modern data platforms for AI, cloud, and sovereignty-focused deployments.

You will recruit, coach, and manage Account Executives, partnering with Sales Engineers and partners to accelerate growth in a diverse install base, while engaging C-level stakeholders and ensuring governance and fiscal accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading sales teams in IT.
• Experience owning a district or regional business.
• Strong knowledge of French public sector procurement.
• Ability to position data platforms against legacy approaches.
• Forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline.
• Executive engagement with C-level stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Build, recruit, onboard, and mentor a team of Account Executives.
• Drive quota attainment through disciplined sales methods and pipeline.
• Champion data sovereignty in deals and go-to-market.
• Develop vertical depth and industry-specific strategies for the public sector.
