Everpure in Paris seeks a dynamic leader to head the Public Sector sales district, driving transformation from legacy storage to our enterprise data platform as-a-service, with data sovereignty at its core.

You will hire and mentor Account Executives, shape the go-to-market, and collaborate with Sales Engineers, partners and Marketing to win with AI, cloud, and government clients. This is a pivotal opportunity to scale a high-performing team in a collaborative, high-impact organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading sales teams within IT / software
• Experience owning a district or regional business
• Strong public sector / government sales knowledge
• Understanding of IT infrastructure landscape and data platforms
• Strategic execution mindset with scaling ability
• Forecasting, pipeline management, CRM discipline
• Fluent in French and English to interact with leadership teams
