Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to perform routine and preventive maintenance on the property’s buildings and grounds, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. The role includes completing make-ready tasks for vacant units, managing inventory, and documenting work orders for accurate tracking.

Applicants must hold EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal, maintain required state licenses, and possess a valid driver’s license for on‑property vehicle use.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and Local certifications as required by jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair defects in building systems per safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant homes including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track inventory, reuse materials, and notify supervisors when reordering supplies.
• Document work orders accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
