Greystar in Nouvelle-Calédonie is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical aspects of the property, ensure safety and cleanliness, and support daily operations across 302 units. The schedule is Monday–Friday with an on‑call rotation and occasional travel to assist other properties.

The role requires completing work orders, make‑ready tasks, inventory control, and thorough documentation. EPA certifications and a valid driver's license are required; excellent teamwork and safety

Qualifications

EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
State and Local jurisdiction certifications as required for technicians.
Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsabilités

Complete work orders and preventive maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing to policy and code.
Complete make-ready process for vacant units, schedule vendors, and inspect work.
Track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisor to reorder.
Document service requests promptly and accurately for tracking.
Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
Support cost control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
Attend safety meetings and adhere to OSHA and safety training requirements.
Periodically inspect contractor work to ensure quality and scope alignment.
Assist in routine property inspections to identify safety concerns.
