Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain and improve the physical aspects of our properties. You will perform routine maintenance, handle resident work orders, and assist in preparing units for new tenants.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, inventory management, and safeguarding safety standards across the property. The role requires flexibility for on-call schedules and occasional travel to assist other properties.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required for refrigerant handling.
• State and local certifications as required for all technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Complete assigned work orders from residents and perform preventative maintenance following safety and code standards.
• Prepare vacant units for leasing by inspecting, creating punch lists, scheduling vendors, and ensuring tasks are completed.
• Track materials and inventory; request re-orders when needed and report supplies usage to supervisor.
• Document service requests accurately to enable tracking and reporting.
• Assist in grounds and common area maintenance, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.

Formation

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal
