Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Maintenance Technician to join an experienced team at our community. You will troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues, perform appliance and system repairs, and handle apartment turns with a focus on quality and customer service.

The role requires at least two years of maintenance experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered, with on-site duties and a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment, residential, or commercial maintenance.
• EPA Certification required; HVAC certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, appliances, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry-related maintenance issues.
• Diagnose and service split-system heat pumps and other residential mechanical systems.
• Complete maintenance service requests efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
• Perform apartment turns and help prepare homes for new residents.
• Maintain the appearance and safety of the community in accordance with company standards.
• Communicate professionally with onsite team members regarding repairs and work order updates.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule supporting Fox Run.
