Wakeo, a fast-growing SaaS provider delivering real-time visibility for intercontinental transportation, seeks a Project Manager to deploy our solution to customers. You will lead deployments with the Integration team, maintain daily client contact, and drive project governance from kickoff to progress reviews.

Fluent in French and English, with a Master’s degree and 1–5 years in consulting, transport, or solution providers, you have API experience and a strong customer-facing mindset.

• Master’s degree with 1–5 years in a consulting firm, a transport service provider or a solution provider.
• API experience is a must have.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-facing experience.
• Good understanding of data management issues.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain is an asset.
• Leadership mindset and willingness to take on responsibilities in a start-up.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operational deployment of the solution with the Integration team and act as the daily customer contact.
• Manage projects through a structured approach (kick-off, progress reports, project committees) and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks and raise opportunities to enable global deployment with the Lead Project Manager.
• Participate in continuous improvement and formalization of good practices.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to platform improvements.
• Support onboarding of junior resources where needed.
• Work with API integrations and maintain strong customer relationships.

As aProject Manager,you are responsible for the deployment of our solution to our customers!

• You will be responsible for the operational deployment of the solution with the Integration team and will be the reference contact for customers on a daily basis
• You will ensure the management of projects through a structured approach based on tools and best practices (kick-off, progress report, project committees, etc.) and will be responsible for customer satisfaction
• You identify risks and raise opportunities to enable global deployment, in conjunction with your Lead Project Manager
• You will participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the formalization of good practices
• You participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the improvement of the platform
• You may be required to support junior resources onboarding
• You are fluent in French and English
• From a Master’s degree, you have between to 1 to 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, a transport service provider or a solution provider

• You have a good understanding of data management issues
