Wakeo, a SaaS platform provider for real-time intercontinental transportation visibility, is looking for a Project Manager to deploy solutions for customers. You will work with the Integration team and act as the main contact for clients, ensuring project milestones, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

You should be fluent in French and English, with 1–5 years in consulting, transport, or a solution provider. A Master’s degree is preferred, and API experience is essential.

• Experience with API is a must have.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the operational deployment of the solution with the Integration team.
• Serve as the daily reference contact for customers.
• Manage projects through a structured approach (kick-off, progress reports, committees).
• Identify risks and opportunities to enable global deployment with the Lead PM.
• Contribute to process improvements and formalize best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve the platform.
• Support onboarding of junior resources if required.

As a Project Manager, you are responsible for the deployment of our solution to our customers!

Missions

• You will be responsible for the operational deployment of the solution with the Integration team and will be the reference contact for customers on a daily basis.
• You will ensure the management of projects through a structured approach based on tools and best practices (kick-off, progress report, project committees, etc.) and will be responsible for customer satisfaction.
• You identify risks and raise opportunities to enable global deployment, in conjunction with your Lead Project Manager.
• You will participate in the continuous improvement of processes and the formalization of good practices.
• You participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to the improvement of the platform.
• You may be required to support junior resources onboarding.

Ideal Profile

• You are fluent in French and English.
• From a Master’s degree, you have between to 1 to 5 years of experience in a consulting firm, a transport service provider or a solution provider.
• Experience with API is a must have!
• You have a good interpersonal skill, and you enjoy customer contact.
• You have a good understanding of data management issues.
• Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
• Quick to learn, especially with regards to industry knowledge and new process.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain business is an asset.
• You have a strong drive to succeed, a leadership mindset and be willing to take on responsibilities in a start-up that aims to disrupt its industry.
