Aircall is seeking a Product Manager Intern to join our team in Paris. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, Design and GTM to turn customer feedback into product improvements and help shape the roadmap.

This internship offers exposure to SaaS product development, customer conversations, and end-to-end project cycles, with real responsibilities and the chance to contribute to knowledge bases and product demos.

Qualifications

• Master’s student in engineering or business school or university.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable running customer conversations and following up.
• Able to work across teams and align dependencies.
• First internship in a product or project team is a plus.
• Knowledge of SaaS and product development cycles is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Meet directly with customers to gather feedback and validate improvements.
• Synthesize feedback into opportunities and translate into product recommendations.
• Define requirements with Product/Design/Engineering and prioritize enhancements.
• Align dependencies and trade-off discussions with stakeholders.
• Follow the development cycle end-to-end to ship the best experience.
