GetVocal AI in Paris is seeking a structured, hands-on AI Agent Engineer Intern to join our team. You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and customer delivery, supporting internal workflows and day-to-day customer projects.

You’ll build and maintain conversational AI agents, configure integrations with external systems, test and optimize deployments, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams.

Qualifications

• Final-year Master’s student in engineering or equivalent seeking a hands-on operational role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple tools and collaborating with different teams.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, and workflow automation tools (n8n, ActivePieces, Make).
• Fluent in English and at least one additional language (French, German, Portuguese, etc.).
• Experience in SaaS operations, customer success, or process documentation is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain conversational AI agents using our internal platform, designing conversation flows, business logic, and decision trees for real customer use cases.
• Configure integrations with external systems and APIs to deliver end-to-end AI solutions and automate workflows using tools such as n8n, ActivePieces, Make.
• Test, debug, and optimize AI agents before and after production deployments by analyzing real customer conversations.
• Support customer deployments by troubleshooting technical issues alongside the Forward-Deployed Engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions and reusable deployment components.

We are looking for a structured, hands‑on AI Agent Engineer Intern to join our team in Paris. This role supports key internal workflows, coordination across teams, and the day‑to‑day delivery of customer projects.

You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and customer delivery, playing a client-facing role while also owning and maintaining operational and platform documentation. This position offers strong exposure to both internal tools and customer‑facing processes.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain conversational AI agents using our internal platform, designing conversation flows, business logic, and decision trees for real customer use cases
• Configure integrations with external systems and APIs to deliver end‑to‑end AI solutions and implement automation of workflows using tools such as Activepieces or n8n
• Test, debug, and continuously optimize AI agents before and after production deployments by analyzing real customer conversations
• Support customer deployments by troubleshooting technical issues alongside the Forward‑Deployed Engineering team
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions and reusable deployment components
