BlaBlaCar is seeking an Organic Growth Lead to own and drive an end-to-end SEO, GEO, and SMO strategy across multiple markets. You will manage a small team of SEO specialists and coordinate with product, engineering, and marketing to optimize landing pages and UX for higher conversions.

You will work in a fast-growing environment, collaborating with global teams to unlock new landing page opportunities, measure GEO/SEO/CRO performance, and deliver impactful growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Google algorithms and SEO best practices with proven campaigns and measurable results.
• Experience maximizing visibility with Gen AI and optimizing for agentic conversion.
• Knowledgeable in Web CRO, and ability to introduce new techniques and technologies.

Responsabilités

• Own and execute a comprehensive Organic (SEO, GEO & SMO) strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives.
• Manage a small team of 2 SEO experts and foster initiative and ambition.
• Feed and prioritize backlog for an engineering squad to deploy CRO, SEO/GEO & UX projects that grow the business.
