BlaBlaCar is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Post-booking squad to lead frontend and backend engineers in building a scalable After-Book platform. You will partner with a Product Manager, Product Designer, and Data team to define the vision, roadmap, and technical excellence.

You'll shape the squad's objectives, manage delivery across OTA, Bus, Train, and Carpool teams, and drive a culture of reliability and performance while growing your engineering team and advancing automation and

Qualifications

• Demonstrated management experience with people leadership.
• Experience building reliable, scalable consumer-facing products.
• Strong communication skills in English to bridge tech and business needs.
• Proven track record of delivering outcomes in high-stakes environments.
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

Responsabilités

• Act as the main engineering advisor to Product Manager and stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver complex cross-team projects with performance and scalability goals.
• Collaborate with OTA, Bus, Train, Carpool teams to align deliveries with business objectives.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow engineers through career development and feedback.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement using modern tools including AI-driven acceleration.
